This morning, getting the kids' lunchboxes ready, I shredded some of this patty into their cheese and tomato sandwiches. That habanero infused such a lively, almost sunshine-like heat, making a plain sarmie exciting without overwhelming their little taste buds. It maintained its excellent, firm texture, adding a great bite. Truly, it transformed a school lunch from ordinary to absolutely spectacular! They loved it.
